Role & responsibilities

: Inspection / Supervision of Press parts /Body Parts produced first time / Regular production for Urbania , T3, Traveller, Trax Refresh, model for Lay Out Inspection activity. Inspection on Press part produced on Laser machine for new as well as regular Press Parts .IATF related work.

Preferred candidate profile

Preparing check sheet for Inspection & doing Lay Out for parts made first time in shop for various new model e.g T3, Urbanian & Trax , FRA.

2. Supporting Inspection activity on Laser cutting machine in shifts.

3. Inspection on Laser cutting machine for T3 Parts e.g Long member front & rear.

4. Inspection of Press parts on Panel checkers.

5. Report preparation for Panel checkers & PIST calculations.

6. Doing IATF related work MSA, Updating Training records.

7. TPM activities

8. Poka Yoke – Kaizen sheet preparation

9. Off loading activity inspection for LCB Off loading

10.Off Loading for Press parts

11.CFT Member for Trax built Quality

12.Documentation work for New Project’s

13.Preparing weekly presentation

14. Preparing & giving Q.C.C Presentation activity.

15. Line inspection for Trials specially on Sunday / Weekly off / Absenteeism
