Role & responsibilities

Working as a shift In charge at In process stage Quality.

Responsible for Coordination of PDC1 QA activities for in-process & PDI.

Internal / External Customer interaction and Problem Solving

To give First piece approval to run the Production.

• FP, MP, LP inspection of parts from all running machine / Patrol inspection
• Daily dimensional inspection of Key Parameters.
• To give last of reports to die maintenance dept. for correction of NG Points.
• Issue Discrepancy note for defective part and closure.
• Spectro report- follow up from lab.
• X-ray inspection of 2 parts from all running machine
• Improving Quality gates (Visual + Dimensional + Internal soundness).
• Daily review / salvaging of In house rejection.
• Customer visits for attending Customer concern and rejection review.
• Access customer portals to update the reports and check the score cards.
• Daily rejection booking in SAP System and Preparation of melting Memo.
• Preparation of daily Gemba meeting.
• Conducting ICA for internal and external reported concern.
• Proof machining feedback of critical components & initiating action plan to reduce In house rejection.
