Press Shop Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Press Brake Operations: Oversee setup, operation, and maintenance of press brake machines; ensure high-quality output and reduce downtime.

Welding Operations: Supervise spot, MIG, and TIG welding activities; ensure compliance with quality standards.

Press Machine Maintenance: Troubleshoot and maintain press machines and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Quality Control: Perform inspections and testing to meet design specifications and safety standards.

Team Coordination: Lead and train the team on best practices, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to production goals.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency and cost-reduction strategies

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma/BE (Mech)

Has sound knowledge of MS Office
