My colleagues were the best thing about this role in this toxic office environment. My team were supportive each and every time and honestly they are the only reason I stayed for this long.

Dislikes

Toxic Management and HR. Ridiculous and ancient policies. Salary always late. HODs have 0 knowledge about they are doing. Conservative towards women employees only. Married female employees had to resign if they get pregnant as there's no maternity leave. Every week there's some meditation session where the wife of the director promotes her "Guru and his Ashram". They keep terminating employees without showing any reason, replaces them with new fools. And after you resign, stories will be made up by the director's wife towards her new team members. The old male employees are always eyeing female employees and creepy behaviours at its best. Favouritism is the only things matters during appraisal. The director's wife/The head of Digital Marketing team knows absolutely nothing about the department and will make one to use plagiarised contents in her websites, social media and official copies. In conclusion, stay far far away from this establishment if you don't want to suffer....Read More
