I like working at vap group for a few reasons. Firstly, the people here are nice and helpful, especially the HR department. They work as a team, making coming to work easy. Secondly, the boss is a good listener. He likes to hearing our ideas, and that's cool because it makes us feel like we can be creative. Lastly, they care about us having a good balance between work and life. They know it's important, and they let us have some flexibility. This helps me do well in my job and enjoy my personal life. I have got a couple of colleagues I had bonded with, that's all there was to like about VAP.

Dislikes

The company's culture is toxic enough to be confined like a prison. You have to report for every minute in that 9 hours job. I have always been wishing for clock to strike 6 or sometimes (06:05 because I took the lunch break 5 minutes longer) and rush back to my home. The company calls itself a digital marketing company but makes you work for a in-house dud project

Earlier years at the company were good.

Dislikes

Culture at VAP Group has changed in recent months. CEO Vishal is now thankless. Leadership under Manager Harsh Chauhan has made it difficult for a person to work. There is no scope of exploring different areas. Salary only increases 1-2 times in 3 years after which you are either asked to resign or kicked out brutally.
