Worst company ever Hiring process is very unprofessional and complicated. HR told me to attend office for last round of interview but when I reach hyderabad they scheduled HR interview virtually and offered salary(3.6 fixed) less than my previous salary(3.75 fixed). Reason I have 5 months of gap. Literally waste of time and waste ofmoney I spend because of this waste company. I already mentioned my expectation salary around 6 fixed after I asked atleast 5 fixed but they didn't even considered my experience and certifications on my skills. Leads and heads of this company is worst than anyone as far I see. Especially HR leads they will call you multiple times and negotiate salary. At any point of time your negotiation salary will be changed even before one day of joining and stop communications as well I don't wanna mention about their names because I have values but in valuelabs no values with outdated equipments in lab 😂. consider almost every lead and head of department are like this. They are taking many interview rounds , collecting documents and then keep the candidate in hope but in return keeping the interviews and saying to prepare different topics before conducting client interview. Fake Interviews of no use attending this company interview at all

you get lot many chances to showcase your skills & learn, company culture is also great, people here are helpful & of growth oriented mindset. Salary is also great also the annual increment brings smile with a good percentage figure.

well this depends on the management & project but as i have experienced they want employees to work only & do nothing else in their life, micromanagment is genes of some people holding higher positions in the organisation. Working hours are not strict at all, you start on time & never closes your laptop.

they gave appraisal in every 6 month but nothing to like about it as they dont bother to give salary for their employees.

there is a huge list of dislikes which I can mention up here: they dont believe in giving monthly salary they holds the salary every 3-4 months and then release for only 2 months or 3 months that still shows the hold for one month and folllowed by other months. the working culture is worst, they behave like some lala company full politics, no skill enhancement. they use one employee for all the work for all other departments but they are not ready to pay on time or a monthly salary. there is no proper login logout hours, if you login at 8-9-10-11 am doesnt matter you have to work till 11 or 11.30pm at night. there is no weekend for valuelabs employee there managers can anytime ask to work on reports for them. there are zero values and ethics in this company,,, I recommend everyone not to join this at any cost, they can bribe you with good package,,,but what is the use if you are not going to get this salary for many months. there is no work life balance, no mental peace, no salary on time. Good colleagues compared to other service based companies like wipro,TechM. If we are lucky we get good client. Adapts new technologies and innovations. Work life balance depends on project. 6 months hike, but last appraisal was a blast.

Limited scope for Devops related jobs. If working mainly on Testing/web development it's good. Too much Fixed salary and so more income tax deduction.
