1. Delayed Salary: When you are a new joiner, they will pay you on time. As soon as you stay for 6 months, they will delay your salary for 10+ days. Please note, at the time, other new joiners will be paid on time. Furthermore, the higher management of HRD shows a lot of attitude when you respectfully ask her for salary. When I saidthat I have EMIs, she replied very insensitively that I should have a back-up ready and not rely on salary for EMIs :o. Like an SBI Clerk, she has memorized some excuses and also instructed her subordinates to use the same. Some of them are: a. yOuR sALaRy is AlrEaDY pRoCeSS b. ThEre is IsSUe in the bAcKEnD c. She ignores and never replies to your message or email 2. Unfair Salary: It is possible that an unskilled person in your team will be paid more than you, if they came with multiple offers during negotiation. 3. Hike: 4.5% for excellent performance. HR again plays her mind games with you. She will always send you the increment letter to be signed at the end of the month. This is strategically done to create urgency. If you do not sign, she will delay the salary. If you say, you want to negotiate the increment, she will keep postponing the meeting, and go on long vacation. She only knows how to update her dp on time. 4. Job Security: Get ready to be fired at their whims. If the client project ends, they ask you to take a pay cut. This is a subtle way of saying "Sayonara". 5. Behavioral Issues: Senior management screams at you when you as ask for cab service.
