Valiance Solutions - Product Manager - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (6-8 yrs)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our Computer Vision & Generative AI product suite.

The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, manage product lifecycles, conduct market research, create marketing collaterals, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and feature launches.

Key Responsibilities:.

Product Development & Strategy:.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company objectives, focusing on products involving computer vision and generative AI.

- Continuously analyze market trends, conduct primary and secondary research, and identify opportunities to enhance product offerings.

Team Collaboration & Feature Planning:.

- Work with development teams to ensure features are well-planned, designed, and implemented.

- Create detailed user stories and requirement documents for the development team.

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ensure product features align with business goals.

Testing, Launch & Feedback:.

- Oversee the testing and release of new product features, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.

- Collect and analyze customer feedback to refine features and guide future development.

- Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute product launches.

Product Marketing & Client Engagement:.

- Prepare product collaterals for marketing, including presentations, demos, brochures, and event materials.

- Support the sales team by providing product knowledge and creating impactful client presentations.

- Attend industry events, representing the company and presenting products to enhance brand visibility.

Industry Analysis & Communication:.

- Monitor industry trends and competitors, generating insights to improve the product positioning.

- Build relationships with industry partners and establish the product as a market leader.

Requirements:.

- Education: MBA from a Tier 1 institute.

- Proven track record of contributing to the successful launch and growth of technology products, preferably in the AI or computer vision space.

- At least 6 years of experience in product management, ideally within the AI/ML domain.

Skills:.

- Strong understanding of computer vision and generative AI technologies.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage clients, stakeholders, and development teams.

- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features.

- Experience with agile product development methodologies.

- Excellent market research skills, with the ability to perform both primary and secondary research.
