3 Bi US$ project-8700 workers- Contracted to recover this project which was in bad shape-Has been done even bad political tricks where disturbing the recovery- Project has been on hold due to Brazil economy trouble in September 2009.

Dislikes

The political games behind the project. Difficult to manage the project when some aren't interested to help the recovery.

Above 85 hours/week. Too many time lost in inefficient and boring meetings.
