Totally politics if you relative of boos then you will do any thing anywhere. Work and family life balance not possible in this job. you can't growth your career and salary and designation.

Work from home but, you should work complete all day. if i go to office then i will free after 6 PM. but now all day and till 10 PM. continuslly call comming for work.

All Employee, Management staff is good and good response to same , not showing ego -power, This organization good for small person like 10K -25K,after not salary hike. To many employee are working last since more than 15 years within salary Rs.25-30K.
