The main thing want to highlight is middle level mangers and top level managers at this company are horrible ...they don't even know how to nurish the market they only pressurise Ground team for their own happiness rest number of people they don't have their brains..very few people are working for company rest all are enjoying theirlife.. block mangers those who are working from last 7-8 years for company who are actually responsible for company business and growth are don't get salary increment s from last 7years ... compensation is decent but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.So.etimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have a attend client call in the evening and sometimes late in to the night.
