The Salary is deducted without any reason and in some month the Salary of the whole month is deducted, even the Full and Final Settlement is rigged. It can be said that the employees are exploited. The funny thing is that my Full and Final Settlement had a lot of mistake and all this was known to the company as well they said that the company's account department has made a mistake, due to which I will get less than only one fourth of my total amount.
