Nothing. Do not join here as you will be pressurized into sales, they will not let you go home and make you sit in the office till 9pm if you do not get your target number for the day. No work life balance, forget about leaves even on Saturday and Sundays.

Everything. No one here knows any subject knowledge and no proper trainings are given to the employees, if any escalations come, only you are to handle it and you only will be blamed and if some customer asks for refund, it will be deducted from your salary and incentives.

No work life balance, no proper management, waste of HR process. Specially no job security. In my batch we joint 12 employees on July 2024 now writing this on September we all are left this fake company. No salary on time. Salary date is different for each employee. Some time you remember them for salary. If you are planing to join vakil search zolvit pls stay away. Rodwy company.

It doesn't matter how much time you've worked, whether the leads are of good quality, or if you weren't assigned the best leads—if you don’t meet your revenue goals, termination is a possibility. This is a reality in every company, but it can be challenging if you are looking to move to a different field later on. Therefore, it's better to start your career in a good domestic or international BPO, as that will give you transferable skills for the future.
