Never join. Especially if you are not a South Indian. This organization is totally biased. They will give you 4 times more work load than a South Indian employee and if you will not work well, they will create such politics that you are forced to resign. All their reviews are paid reviews which we were forced to get from clients. I have been part of Big4 and many good organizations and this by far is the worst firm to be associated with. No matter what, don't join this toxic organization else you will soon regret. I have seen in my 1 and half tear tenure people leaving organization in bulk in 2-3 months post joining.
