Likes

Freshers have a good opportunity to learn, but not so much for a experienced professional. There is not a lot of micromanagement in some teams.

Dislikes

Hell a lot of politics, lack of work life balance, very difficult to get a raise in salary, no overtime pay.

Do not join this organisation as a lawyer, the company will make you a salesman. They have a system where you get tickets and then you have to call the client and take his requirement and then make the document in the same day itself. You are also pressurized to make sales calls and report the sales you made everyday. You are a salesman, call center agent but NOT a lawyer. They have software's like MyZen, Doocti installed in your laptop that will let them see your screen and idle time, and get calls from random clients looking for customer support. All that is done by one lawyer!!!!!!!! Along with that you do not get any respect that a lawyer deserves and no leaves are offered....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

The work culture is extremely toxic. The senior management takes the employees for granted and offers no support. 4 employees are made to do the work of 8 and clients are given all the right to abuse employees and if the employee speaks up, all hell breaks loose. The CEO and his spouse, especially his spouse love to micromanage and bully employees. They give inputs without even understanding the process. Never ever expect a one single good thing about Vakilsearch. Yes, It was a good company 3 years back.

Dislikes

It's actually a very good place to learn politics :) Even central govt will lose if this company managers gets into that. The higher management will give all the benefits only to the Managers and Leaders because they are the hard workers (Hardwork like passing high potential and more value leads to their favourite persons and makingthem shine in all the meetings and gets more and more incentives) But a real hardworking and well deserved employee like who grown on his/her own efforts will not get salary hikes and promotion. In my batch we joint 12 employees on July 2024 now writing this on September we all are left this fake company. No salary on time. Salary date is different for each employee.
