Work environment is good. Subordinates are helpful. There is good work life balance .

Dislikes

Compensation is very poor. There is no transparency between the director and colleagues. Just based on the opinion of a senior decisions are taken for other employees. No feedback structure, no growth plans.

Work Details

Nature of work is challenging initially at a primary stage. But once you learn the entire process it will get monotonous. You also get to.learn some legal processes with relation to properties and retail spaces.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
