They just think employees are not humans they are robots. Nothing matter for them unless you admitted to hospital and submit the documents to make them believe you are doing really bad with your health. Very toxic.

I have worked for 3 year only Marathi guys are getting promoted. The Management in pune was too bad. Only those are close with the manager are getting promoted. All the manager and supervisors are playing politics with the lower people. 0 growth opportunities

The job was quite interesting I struggle bit in beginning as there was no formal training session I learnt everything OJT I got a chance to work in different LOB and got promoted as team leader.
