They never miss the opportunity to show appreciation for the work you do. It offers good numbers of paid leaves too. Team event organizes amazing virtual games/meet-ups too

The people here are really nice and helpful. With the team, I am working my tech lead, and seniors are very helpful. They don't pressurize me, they are supportive and understand the problems I face, if any.

The work-life balance here is poor. Working with US/Canada at times is difficult because we have push ourselves for long hours.

People are nice; they always try to help each other. They promote work-from-home culture and ensure that employees remain motivated. Technology-wise, some products are working on old technology but are moving on new technologies with time.

Job Security Some of Product/BU are still based on legacy tech stack. So, you might not be able to work on new cutting edge tech if you are hired for such product/BU. There will be good learning about product but you might not be able to learn new technologies. Very small part of annual bonus is released which is 10% of basic and there are other unnecessary components which are also added in CTC.

Remote working policy is the best thing. Culture and work principles are good. Flexible working hours. Candidate screening is top notch along with good hiring process and interviews testing all aspects.

Dislikes

The salary and bonuses are not up to the mark. There are lot of unnecessary conditions/policies even on reimbursements that are part of salary structure. Appraisals are very poor. Less focus on retaining the employee's and more focus on hiring new employee's. Some products have outdated tech stack. Micro management in some products.

Even though the teams are operating remotely there is a lot of budget constraints. If there is a team meetup, the employees had to spend a lot from their pockets as the company hardly sponsor anything apart from the flight tickets and that too has limit which is weird.
