company and management is very good actually many of them complaint about the managers and sales. it is as simple as it is sales profile so you have to perform well and get the sales whatever the condition is if you do that you will grow or else you will be complaining. There is work life balance if you do well

Well the PayScale for BDA and Sr BDA is quite good and better than the other competitors . As compare to the competitors the PayScale and job security is good as other competitor have recently laid off their employee

Work pressure/ load is quite high honestly and the job timing is not fixed in terms of sometime you have to do overtime also.
