There is nothing to like about this company. Worst company I've ever seen and worked with. HRs are reporting to Sales guys and no work policies, no job security. If you can butter up Sales guys then only you can survive else you will out.

Dislikes

There is nothing good in this company. Where all other departments including HR are pets of Sales head. Management is worthless, no policies, no career growth, no job security.
