Bias Company, Mostly Girls are preferable and Boys only those who are mostly non active and silen, and non interacted male are preferable to get permanent because so they cannot Argue with seniors on the wrong things, if you would visit ULX you can see the and observe there is no smart males in the DR team. lol.
