It's a one of the biggest company in the world with fortune 500 ranking as 5 th position.

Dislikes

UHG is a very good organization. However, it's noida branch is full of politics and micromanagement. Few Leaders are worst and play dirty politics and revengeful. They are very biased and promote only their favorite candidates. It's very painful to see toxic work culture in such a big and renowned company in the world with policies,ethics and compliance are in place only for papers. They retaliate if you give poor vitals to managers. Although, company encourages to report if anyone faces bad things around them but there is no protection for employees if anyone retaliates and you are reporting in good faith. Some of the employees are very scared about job security or their appraisal if they raise their voice. Servant Leadership is only in the name sake in my process. Very frustrating. No job satisfaction due to stagnant in growth. There is no benchmark in giving grade to the employees. Managers are not empathetic and understanding. Aishwarya was on of the worst manager I ever worked with her as for every employee who looks for growth will try to diminish the talent. She is a TOXIC person. Also recent story of layoff 4300 employee from India was worst case. Do not join this organisation and for sure if your leader is Aishwarya

Don't like the shift timing compared to other companies. It's almost 10hours. And there is a discrimination regarding work from home(WFH). Either we give productivity & quality, atleast WFH we deserve.
