Great health care company that does not care about employs health. They keep on increasing targets, working hours, and especially mandatory OT’s. Just need to forget about the world around us except the system in front of us. They need to take care of employee in means of their health as well where they get effected in long term as working like machines. Need to reduce production targets.

The culture of UHG (not OPTUM) will be defined based on the values Integrity, Compassion, Relationships, Innovation and Performance. If you look to learn more about health care or other streams their is a best tool (learn source) available for skill development.

Dislikes

Appraisal. If you have any disagreement with managers your professional life is at stake in this company. Apart from these two UHG is a great place to work but not OPTUM, remember this.
