The organization offers good benefits and salary structure.

I have a negative opinion of this organization. It appears that the leaders prioritize their interests over company policies, best practices, and basic human decency. They have implemented a system called "domain track" which favors certain employees over others, even if they are not in managerial positions. These employees are paidthe same as people managers but do not contribute to the team's success. This has created a highly political and biased environment, which is noticeable from day one. Furthermore, employees are encouraged to take frequent smoke breaks and leave early with the leaders instead of working on team projects and deliverables. The organization is currently laying off employees for the first time, which is concerning for job security.
