The only thing I liked here is job security but that excitement doesn't last long when it comes to payback. Salary is very low and appraisal is very difficult according to company policies. Career growth is way too slow here. All they want is higher production from you with low salary. Company is being selfish and management is terrible. 90% of leaders are selfish and are focused on Their own development where nobody is taking care of employees below management level. Too much of work pressure even when theirs a fault of applications not working from companies end you're still forced to complete your work. It was way better 2 years ago but it's terrible now since new people has come to the management. So much to dislike here from management staff to leadership everyone being selfish. It really feels like servant while working here. I would not recommend anyone to join here untill you really want some mental trauma....Read More

Trust me there is nothing to like about! Management is very pathetic when it comes about appraisal. There is no learning or growth. You will get stucked at same position. Workload is hell. Time spent over system is also counted. Office politics is there! If you are hardworking and looking for growth in carrier, please look for other options.

It was a good company till the time it was UHG but since it has become OPTUM the work culture, work environment has become terrible.

Working hours 9.5, too much pressure, targets are increasingly day by day without considering the capacity of an employee, they don't consider employee as humans rather as robots.
