It's good platform to know various things about different fields and awareness to various departments.

Dislikes

In company if you are real worker than SC/ST union is real hurdle their person /members they don't want to work and making false issues to demoralised to you. Being south India base head office other than the South Indian they treat you 2nd or 3rd line workers any try to stop your rights which is in company narms. Above things blocked your future career and progress in service promotions.

Work Details

Started career as direct recruitee as class 1 officer and worked in the various capacity like Branch Manager, Principal of divisional training centre, Head of legal cell, Divisional Manager etc with self satisfaction apart from return for the job.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
