The department is growing, they are hiring more people in India. The work is good, you will get plenty of work to feel satisfied with your job but you may not get good level of knowledge development opportunities. But overall the work culture is good if you learn some skill to be up to date.

Dislikes

Growth is slow, The tiers are unnecessary over classified, Even with 6-7 years of experience you turn out to be developer II which is slightly weird as compared to the standards in other companies. They don’t have parking in their premises, even though they always say that there is plenty of parking, you will realize the reality if you come to office (hybrid mode) via car, you are done.
