There is lot of poltics managers are highly bios nature and targeted at work place depending party for better apprisal other wise started targeting at work place even though if concern are raised with ethics team no one willing to take appropriate action against defaulters and one they know that the persons name or if they identify individual then targeting individual during PMS and put them in PIP and then removed from organization no resolutions on concerns raised against top or middle level managers , they are partial in nature company policy are only benifites to the individuals who gave brib to managers in form of Party contributing towords managers liqure consumption....Read More
