Nothing at all. I try to look out for positives but that effort has been in vain.

It is completely disheartening to see how the HRBPs are worked here without any know how. HRBP role involves 99% execution of the policies made by the HR ops team. And mind you these policies are from the early 19th century. Will not recommend coming here in your early stages of career. It is downright frustrating the amount of follow ups to be done from each and every person because the culture does not require them to look at mails and least to respond to them....Read More
