Learning opportunities in terms of technology.

Dislikes

Less pay scale. Once yor are hired after that you need to forgot about the salary rise. They keep on saying you are already above market standards but once you put down the paper they will be ready to match your salary. Hypocrisy level !! No job security. You will be hired for a projec t....you will be fired once project is completed. Managers harrass the employee to work day and night with no work life balance. Worst company culture with no employee engagement activities or appreciations. Adamant senior management with no interest to address the employee grievances....Read More

Could be more accurate n stabilized.. work life Culture is good but could be better. Company benefits to employees in very very minimal. Revenue generators should be appreciated often instead of leadership

Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.
