Nice teammates , good working environment...career growth is critical...Appraisal not too good...Ethical learning..eating IJP is easy if u are talented and have certificates, if not it's not easy to crack...But if u make others feel how important u are for that team then there is no one to remove u....It's a nice to start up the career

Hardworking is not recognised, IJP process is based on luck and partiality
