Not Working since January,2020,Agency and Officers were not happy with my performance specially bank manager wants to do little work in limited but at the time of work i crossed the limits severals time so manager and state officer forced me to leave, and this is the scenario specially in West bengal there is no leader ship only dictatorship by Bank Manager , Supervisor and State head or officer.

Dislikes

Specially in West Bengal Aadhaar work is not going in manner , there is no work pressure. Managers , Registrar and Agency do not value individuals unique strengths, there is no on-job training for fresher, Sal ary issue, No incentives, appraisal is joke for Agents, Lack of Supervision, Lots of Corruptions.
