The shift timings and office is pathetic, also there are no growth opportunities. The work associated with my role was mostly that of a BPO Calling job rather than what a BD executive should do. The infrastructure, meals were also very poor. I had to resign within a month as it was taking a toll on my health.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
