Everything they do 1) There are 4-5 Owners, one of them beaten one employee who made one small mistake without any training or any followup. Even I was asked to work in different role without any training or follow up 2) Hire & Fire is their policy, if you join this company it would be your one of your biggest mistake in your life.3) Micro management 4)They never worried about employees career growth 5) Less salary 6) During COVID time we were staying inside the company and worked but management failed to recognise 7) They will recognise only who complains about others 8) At any cost work must be completed 9) They always see problem in people not on process. 10) Only few employees can work with them for long years. 11) Not Even a single day I worked pleasantly during my tenure....Read More
