Proven experience (18+ years) in Senior leadership roles, with a focus on manufacturing engineering, process planning, business development, project management, and financial management in the precision engineering or Aerospace industry.

Strong technical expertise in precision engineering principles, technologies, and processes.

Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and delivering results in a competitive business environment.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.

Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Engineering Head

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

8-10+ years proven experience in Manufacturing engineering within a build-to-print

manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of interpreting engineering drawings and build-to-print

documentation.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement

methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Clearly incorporate GD&T symbols on engineering drawings to communicate

geometric tolerances and specifications effectively and sound knowledge on GD&T

is must
