Sales Leader For Precision Components, Assemblies & Turnkey Systems

Industry Expertise:

• Minimum 10+ years of sales experience in the Aerospace and Defense manufacturing sectors.
• Proven success in selling CNC-machined parts, assemblies, and electro-mechanical turnkey systems.
• In-depth understanding of industry standards, procurement cycles, and customer needs.

Technical Proficiency:

• Ability to understand and discuss technical aspects of Unimechs manufacturing capabilities.
• Familiarity with precision engineering, tolerances, and complex assembly requirements.

Business Acumen:

• Strong experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.

Travel:

• Willingness to travel extensively, including internationally, for customer visits and industry events (~40%).

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in a managerial role overseeing sales teams.

Experience working with Tier-1 suppliers or OEMs in Aerospace and Defence is highly desirable
