I love the company and company benifit but our head qurter a senior not supporting thats why i am left the job 15 sep 2024 because all senior and Also Super Stockist owner presurese to me quite the job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
