The salaries could be worth respectable in comparison to the corporate world. Yes I agree that we do not produce any material holding commercial value. The organization is rather working on the development and capacities building of women and children of the country. However, there lurks a significant disappointment where career growth comes. Staff with larger experiences and with 60 plus age bracket do not have any scope for being included in the short-listings as they are considered not valuable in terms of their age and energy equilibrium. This sets in the complacency factor.
