Being one of the employees joined recently at UNI, I must say that the people here are very welcoming. The company culture we follow here ensures there's positivity both in & around the workplace. Although this is a startup, there's no disappointment in terms of having a proper work-life balance. Moreover, we can avail an additionalday off-work every alternate week - this began recently based on the employee feedback. The best part working in Uni is that I get to learn new things every day not only as an agent, even if you are a SME, you get to learn new things every day. The best part is the AM, TL's or any one on the floor treats you like a family. You are not just an agent in this company you are a part of a family. The name suggests and shows what you are U and I.
