When uni pay 1/3 rd card got closed coz of RBI guidelines that time they have given us training which helps a lot.

The best part working in Uni is that I get to learn new things every day not only as an agent, even if you are a SME, you get to learn new things every day. The best part is the AM, TL's or any one on the floor treats you like a family. You are not just an agent in this company you are a part of a family. The name suggests and shows what you are U and I.

Almost everything. But management was super poor. They trap their employees into random shits and keep on torturing them for not completing their tasks. Mehraj, Danish, Ajay, kishu, Monika, Dilip, and so on, are some management flaws while onboarding.
