They hire you for the transport work and when it's done, they don't pay you on time and cut your bills from 25% to 30%. Worst Experience, Not recommended.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
