Nothing to like,bogus company & bogus working culture.

Worst working place I ever worked, no jobsecurity, no ethics, no moral values,no respect for faculty, their main employee's are marketing team,educators are just service providers.

Culture in UNACADEMY is absolutely tremendous in comparison to previous organization, salary/benefits are provided on time, holidays/leaves are approved on time, management cares about their employees, it is all possible only if you are giving good numbers every month.

Dislikes

What I don't like in Unacademy is, few managers think that they are the Owner of the organization, they own employees, so employees have to do what such managers ask them to do, hence such kind of personality ruins entire image of reputed organization.

Its a hardcore sales organization, where an employee need to call an aspirant and guide him/her for their competitive preparations.
