it gives subscription of its course without any cost for limited period apart this nothing is exciting or likeable there.

1. Hiring at TPA roles because there is injustice with them a. No casual and sick leaves are there for them and bereavement leaves are not there. b. Only health insurance of 1 Lac is there and no info regarding how to claim is available c. Salary is not being credited on time due to lack of management 2. No appraisals are there. 3. Lack of support from senior leadership

i am writing this review as an assistant sales manager, and giving a rating of 1/5 or 10 because their work culture is worse and even they can fire you anytime after the seasonal period will be done of IIT JEE/NEET UG or any brand. They will fire you anytime, do not join this company, for example they fired his director AKASH GIRIDHAR for cost cutting.

Don't join this organization because in the Unacademy all people are not good and they are always push u for after time of work. Before the joining timeing was the 10 am to 7pm but after the I was working 10am to 10pm.

Because of work environment and all sm and smm will give u more pressure and not support u in any situation.

Dislikes

If you will not achieve the weekly and monthly targets there is no job guarantee. There is no work life balance. Most important there is no timing of the office. It means if you will not achieve the target you have to stay late at the office.
