There is nothing to like, The construction site is constantly facing issues, as work frequently comes to a halt due to strikes, wheather it's from the labourers or the subcontractors.

Dislikes

The salary is consistently paid partially and always delayed with full amount never being provided on time. The office staff unhelpful, and the workplace is filled with arrogant and lazy individuals.

There is lot of polities, Salary delayed @ six month . No career of staff,I resign Two years back, till not approved also two month salary balance. but in office no any single person who attend my call.

Work Details

I am working ag a G.M. all management of site to complete the project in time ,I and also my staff gives 100% effort for site. works hard ,12 to 15 hrs. duty without any overtime.I proud of my staff .
