The work culture here is terrible with no work discipline. Management is poor. Seniors over rule juniors in a way not only related to work but also interferes with their personal chores. This however can affect anyones mental health.

Very nice experience umang Pharmatech company.. I have a many instrument like (1) HMT& 3 d printer tablet (2) Cold extruded (3) extruder & speronization (4) liquid dropping (5) flim casting machine
