Worst management I have ever seen, no job security, no increment hike, no proper system, even workers are getting better treatment than staff.

Dislikes

Management, no ethical behaviour, employees are treated in inferior manner, executives or HODs have no rights to take any decisions

The work culture here is terrible with no work discipline. Management is poor. Seniors over rule juniors in a way not only related to work but also interferes with their personal chores. This however can affect anyones mental health.
