I am the higher education scholar in Ullas trust and HES mentor . it is a NGO organization ,and I am the part of the member ,every Sundays I went to several venues example: navalur ,ashok nagar etc to conduct the personality development classes for the students 9 to 12 th standards ,I love very much to interaction with young students ,they are young ullas achievers ,I am very glad to say i am the part of the member in ullas ,and also organising a " TOUCH THE SOIL " program for other district students ,I am the coordinator and mentor the touch the soil program. I am the team leader for school survey project in ullas trust (2017-18) . itself .there is no salary in ullas trust . lot of carrier growth in my life as a mentor in ullas trust . on 25 th August 2018 I delivered a speech to 1265 ullas young achievers in music academy . totally 6.50 minutes my energetic speech .daily I learnt lot of things from students for conducting classes ,their innovative ideas .I went to Salem ,namakkal ,thiruvannamalai,cuddalore ,karur for touch the soil program ,me and my team stay for 2 days in respective places for conducting the classes.In 2016 i started my career as a higher education scholar ( junior category ) .
