All the senior people at the higher level, especially everyone, do not listen to anything the candidates say. People working at the lower level have no value in this bank. Along with that, the seniors like branch managers etc.

Creating high or very bursted level of political culture within organization's. It's a complete sales job where you have to beg for account and FD ,RD,LI,HI everything even Demat.too much pressure from RH/CH they have their targets beyond their expectations. First of all no Brand name,no support from CH/RH they just keep on increasing your targets. I have seen employee crying also.People from other banks join as supervisor and keep their expectations at peek where the ground level employee have to suffer a lot BDE,AM,ET,AAM. Never join as sales in this bank , join as operations or cashier u will have a good work life.....Read More
