Campaigning as best work culture from Day 1 - however the case is different. Scope of growth for young professionals is nil. Monopoly of experienced professionals at the last years of retirement following traditional processes are encouraged.

Dislikes

The culture is pretty bad with no changing it adopting is for the older folks. Recognition is restricted to boot lickers. High attrition, still not much heed paid to retention.

Bank giving good opportunity for employees. But the higher management level Is very toxic. Other banks decline Ujjivan employees before interview itself. I don't know why it's happening

It's a complete sales job where you have to beg for account and FD ,RD,LI,HI everything even Demat.too much pressure from RH/CH they have their targets beyond their expectations. First of all no Brand name,no support from CH/RH they just keep on increasing your targets. I have seen employee crying also.People from other banks join as supervisor and keep their expectations at peek where the ground level employee have to suffer a lot BDE,AM,ET,AAM. previously was good but nowadays it's too much insecureness especially MSME secured vertical.

No work-life balance , once you joined ujjivan MSME vertical you will feeling insecure from day1. No one is care about you even you are doing excellent business. Nowadays using abuse language, shouting, Concall at night just disgusting. But other vertical is quite good .

Job security is not gud They will fire employee whenever they want For freshers and experienced one who are not from sales background ujjivan is not for you my child. Go find better opportunity than this. I felt very happy on my last working day not wondering about future due to I was stuck in toxin work culture

Bank manager Manpreet Singh Virdi's behavior is very bad. He abuses a lot. He does marketing at 10 in the night. He mentally tortures a lot. He says wrong things to his family members. This is the reason he has resigned.
