All over good to work. But growth is very slow.

Dislikes

Shift duty is not available. Material storage and infrastructure is not much good as required. Carrier growth is slow. Lots of software but still working output is not good enough.

Working environment of ugvcl sidhpur rular is amazing,you don't feel any kind of mental pressure, staff of ugvcl sidhpur rular is supportive.

Dislikes

Sometime consumer does not understand situation of electrical assistant(helper), consumer need some patience.

The teammates were too good and the salary is also much handsome,the environment is good as a surrounding but the rules depends as per the customers politics relations..overall to learn it was the best place to learn.

Dislikes

Sometimes its timing hours are not punctual it takes long night to complete the projects.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
